The Blue Shutters Beachside Inn has something for everyone -- a variety of uniquely decorated rooms that can accommodate single guests, couples and groups of all sizes.  Following are descriptions of just some of the choices.  All but three of our guest rooms offer breathtaking views of Good Harbor Beach

All rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, cable television and wireless Internet connections. All guests have access to the Main Room and the grounds of the Blue Shutters -- both facing Good Harbor Beach.  In addition, continental breakfast is available to our guests during peak seasons.


Fireside -- Located on the first floor, just off the Main Room, Fireside features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, a large stone fireplace and a private bath. $190 per night in-season; $155 off-season*

Deckside -- This two-bedroom apartment on the first floor sleeps up to six and features a private deck opening onto the back lawn, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living-dining room area with a sofa bed. $265 per night in-season; $210 off-season

Nautilus -- Located on the second floor, this room features a king-size bed, a kitchenette and a private bath. $180 per night in-season; $145 off-season

Twin Lights -- Located on the second floor, this room features two twin beds and a large private bathroom. $125 per night in-season; $100 off-season

Captain's Quarters --Located on the second floor, this room features a queen-size bed and a large private bathroom. $165 per night in-season; $130 off-season

Captain's Mate -- Located on the second floor, this room features a full-size futon that sleeps two and a shared bath. $100 per night in-season; $80 off-season (can be “bundled” with Twin Lights or Captain’s Quarters)

Beachside -- Located on the second floor, this apartment features a king-size bed in a separate bedroom, a galley kitchen, a private bath and a living/dining room area with a trundle bed (sleeps 1 or 2). $250 per night in-season; $200 off-season

Portside & Starboard --Located on the second floor, these identical one-bedroom apartments each sleeps four or more and features a separate bedroom, full kitchen and bath, and a dining/living room area, as well as water views from a spacious back porch. $215 per night in-season; $170 off-season

Lookout --Located on the third floor, this room features a queen-size bed and a trundle bed that sleeps 2, and a private bathroom. $150 per night in-season; $120 off-season

Widow's Walk -- Located on the third floor, this room features a queen-size bed and a private bath. $140 per night in-season; $110 off-season

Wheel House -- Located on the third floor, this room features a full-size futon that sleeps two and a shared bath. $110 per night in-season; $90 off-season (can be “bundled” with Widow’s Walk or Lookout)

In-season rates in place from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend

A charge of $15/night will apply for each guest beyond room capacity

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
For guests staying 3 or more nights, we require a deposit of one half of the total payment in advance in order to reserve your room. For guests staying 1 or 2 nights, we required payment in full in advance in order to reserve your room.

For those reservations cancelled 14 days or more in advance, your deposit will be refunded, minus a handling charge. For those reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded -- minus a handling charge -- only if we are able to fill the room (handling charge is $25 for reservations under a week; $50 for reservations of a week or more).
